Refund policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all soaps and gift boxes are considered final sale once opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@maisonforet.ca and we will always do our best to help.

Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
